"To make a long story short - bad experience with lighting fixture store, ordered, paid, no product. Pulled up Lighting Direct on the internet and found hundreds of bathroom fixtures in my price range. My time frame was tight because of the original store purchace so I called the 800 # and the gentlemen placed my order and made sure the product was in stock and had it shipped to me within 2 days. It was installed that day and I am thrilled with the look and quality of the fixture.(I wish I could show it to you but I'm not very tech-savvy) Thanks again for a wonderful shopping experience."
