"This ceiling fan installed very easily and has been running completely silently ever since. I got the antique pecan which is beautiful in my living room. I shopped all over the place and this is the best bargain I've found. The lamp shade is gorgeous. I'd recommend it to anyone. Only minor problem is that the fan control chain threads through a hole in the lamp shade and when you pull it to adjust the fan speed it tends to hang or drag on the lamp shade. The light pull chain works perfectly. I'd recommend it highly."

"We purchased this fan for our nursery. The fan is beautiful and completely silent! We had a dimmer switch installed with the fan, which has eliminated the need for a nightlight in the room due to the fan lights going so low. This was the only white fan we came across that didn't look cheap with gaudy brass features. This is the second MinkaAire fan we have purchased and all ceiling fans we buy in the future will be MinkaAires, they are fantastic!"
