"I was very happy with the company and customer service. Great prices, good communications and prompt deliveries. I would do business with them again. (my total purchase was this light fixture, a sink and faucet.).
The quality of this light fixture was below average. 2 of the 9 screws that hold the glass shades on were bent and I had a difficult time getting them in. I had to try and put them in a spot where they couldnt be seen as well because I could not get them in all the way.
The bigger problem was some rust on the inside of the trim pieces. This is the underside, next to where the bulb/lamps screw into thier sockets. Due to ceiling height and my desired design, I mounted this fixture with the shades pointing down. Because the glass was designed not to attach to that housing, the rust was very visible. Just looking at the fixture, it grabbed your eye. So i had to hit it with some sandpaper. The rust came off, and of course, it dulled the finish and gave it a brassy red hue. Then that didnt match the other 2, so I had to sand them down so they all "matched". In the end, they dont match because the color of the rust is what gave it the redish hue. I have pretty high standards, (I'm a professional corporate interior designer) and it doesnt look great, but it's passable.
This is a hundred dollar light fixture and I should know that I get what I pay for. I did not contact the company as I tend not to be the complainer type. the finish on the "outside" of the fixture was very good. Had I mounted the light fixture pointing up (as shown on the picture, I would not have had a problem with the light except for the screws.
There were no issues with the sink and faucet and I'm very pleased with them."
